Thermoformed Tiles - Design for Production

Sam's thermoformed wall tiles were created from a wooden mold used to create all four objects. The form of the tiles was focused on interaction between tiles in multiple orientations while maintaining a design that is easy to thermoform. Tiles can be fully manufactured from the mold in less than an hour.
